MANILA Philippines — Parts of the Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 and C5 South Link projects will be opened to motorists this week. Public Works Secretary Mark Villar said that a 3.76-kilometer section of the Skyway Stage 3 Section 1 from Buendia to Plaza Dilao ramp will be opened today. The 2-km C5 South Link Segment 3A-1 from Merville to C5, on the other hand, will be operational on Tuesday.
