Listen | 44:48As of Thursday, the national minimum wage increased by 65 cent to €14.15 per hour. The extension of the Rent Tax Credit to the tax years 2026, 2027 and 2028 is effective from Thursday. Budget 2026 extended the Mortgage Interest Tax Relief, on a tapered basis, for two further years to December 31st, 2026.
