Budget: Sri Lanka confronts looming rollover crisis View(s):The 2019 Budget that the Government postponed due to last October’s attempted palace coup will finally see the light of day on Tuesday. This became the dominant form of Budget funding in most years during that period. It has remained a major form of Budget funding from 2015 to 2018. The overhang of enlarged commercial debt does not augur well for the future. The bigger danger is servicing the footloose commercial loans, not so much the project loans.
