Stephen Colbert asked kids to come up with their own festive film idea, and they delivered a pretty dark plot. It involves double-dealing, sibling rivalry and ax-wielding elves. Bryan Cranston, John Oliver, Laura Linney, Nick Kroll and Rachel Dratch were drafted in to star in the spoof teaser trailer that debuted on “The Late Show” Friday night. Don’t expect to see it in theaters anytime soon, which is a shame. Check out the “trailer” here:
