NFL free agency is also set to start next week on March 18. As of now, it is impossible to know how exactly these limitations and any more to come will impact what the Browns due. Notably, pro days take place after the NFL Combine, so they have a baseline of data to work with for workouts. The Browns, the next key date to watch — aside from the draft, which some have speculated could become a TV-only event — is April 6.
