Photo: Mitchell Leff/Getty ImagesWhen the Cleveland Browns traded away the No. they made the decision to pass up a highly rated quarterback prospect and to turn their franchise over to former Washington Redskins signal-caller Robert Griffin III instead. On Monday, that gamble turned out exactly the way things usually do when the Browns make a bet on a quarterback: Just one game into his Cleveland career, Griffin was placed on injured reserve after he fractured a bone in his shoulder in Sunday’s 29-10 loss to the Eagles. Griffin didn’t play particularly well in his Cleveland debut, completing 12 of 26 passes for 190 yards with an interception.
