This is the moment two brothers were battered after apparently asking lockdown party thugs keep the noise down. Abdul Hafiz went to a neighbour's home to see if they would 'quieten down', however things soon spiralled out of control and he was attacked. Mr Hafiz, 44, claims he was then 'battered with a broken fence panel and knocked unconscious' by the thugs, Birmingham Live reports. Another neighbour can be seen trying to act as peacemaker but the brothers were chased down the road and out of shot. Mr Hafiz claims it was here that he was 'battered with a broken fence panel and knocked unconscious'.
