Bablu Rahman registered the case with Rupnagar police mentioning the deaths as 'unnatural' on Sunday afternoon, OC Syed Shahid Alam told bdnews24.com . The police found Sattar and his second wife 'Shampa' shot at their Rupnagar flat on Saturday evening and took them to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where the couple were declared dead. The law enforcers suspect Sattar shot Shampa first and then himself with his service pistol. He might have done this out of frustrations with family disputes, said Badda Police Station OC MA Jalil. He married Shampa, a cousin of his first wife, around a year ago.
