Brother of Calgary Stampeder's killer charged with murder in Forest Lawn shooting

Calgary police have charged a man with second-degree murder in a Forest Lawn shooting that killed one man and injured another. On Monday, police arrested Samuel Lugela, 28, of Calgary, at a home in downtown Calgary on a Canada-wide warrant for second-degree murder. The accused is the older brother of Nelson Lugela, who was convicted last year of second-degree murder in the killing of Calgary Stampeder Mylan Hicks. Calgary police said the shooting took place outside the Portico Hookah Lounge, at 1806 35th Street S.E. After leaving the lounge, the argument became more intense and the shooting took place.
