A male identified as the brother-in-law of the underworld figure ‘Ran Malli’ has been arrested in Pannipitya with a large stock of cash. Reportedly, cash amounting to over Rs 13.9 million had been found buried inside a house in the area. Underworld figure ‘Ran Malli’ is currently residing in Dubai evading arrest.
