Detectives walked a handcuffed Oscar Morel out of the 107th Precinct in Flushing into a waiting unmarked sedan just after 10:30pm Monday. Morel initially talked with NYPD detectives at the 107th Precinct but then clammed up, a source said. Morel was then apprehended and brought to the 107th Precinct, Boyce said.
