Broken hip hampers Georgia Williams' world championships preparation PHILLIP ROLLOPHOTOSPORT Georgia Williams is set to juggle a busy schedule at the Road World Championships, confirming her participation in all three events. She has recovered from a broken hip in time to make the start line but New Zealand's leading female cyclist, Georgia Williams, is tempering her expectation for the Road World Championships. The Commonwealth Games silver medallist is set to tackle a demanding schedule in Austria next week, confirming her participating in all three events; team time trial, individual time trial and road race. But to her lack of race fitness, she has had to lower her expectations for the individual time trial and road race. Williams will be joined in the road race by up and coming Kiwi riders Mikayla Harvey and Grace Anderson.
