A man accused of the murder of a 66-year-old Dunedin man has denied the charge. Brockville painter Jason Karl Blackler appeared in the High Court at Dunedin this morning where he pleaded not guilty through his lawyer Anne Stevens. The 47-year-old is accused of the murder of fellow Brockville resident Alan Fahey on or before October 25. Mr Fahey's body was discovered at his Brockville Rd property on October 26, police said. The defendant would next appear in the High Court in February.
