William Donohue, 25, entered a not guilty plea to three charges via audio visual link in the Auckland District Court on Thursday. His alleged accomplice, 26-year-old Tommy Ward, entered a not guilty plea last week. Nolan is charged with dishonestly using a document in relation to the roofing scam. Ward and Donohue were remanded in custody by Judge Christopher Field to next appear in court on June 10.
