A British musician and a Te Aroha community choir director have a story that spans across two countries and more than 15 years. Kevin Mark Trail, a London-based singer and songwriter, has just finished touring Europe and the UK with hip-hop band The Streets. Trail, now 38, has landed in the country for an Autumn Soul concert in Te Aroha this Friday and Saturday. Local musicians taking part in the gig include vocalists from Te Aroha College, The Candy Conway Jazz Trio, the newly formed Ensemble Singers and tenor Alby​ Winiata. Autumn Soul concert with Kevin Mark Trail and the Te Aroha Community Choir, Friday, April 26, 6:30pm and Saturday, April 27, 2pm at the Senior Citizens Hall, $10 Adults, Under 16s free.
