Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, who turns 40 tomorrow, has been suffering both physically and mentally, her husband Richard Ratcliffe says. Now the dad has claimed his wife has found "new lumps again on her breasts" but said requests for medical visits has been blocked by her captors. In the September of that year was sentenced to five years in jail for "allegedly plotting to topple the Iranian regime". In September, at the UN the Prime Minister told Iranian president Hassan Rouhani she had "serious concerns" about Mrs Zaghari-Ratcliffe's imprisonment.
