Cooper, 21, was arrested seven times in March for allegedly skipping out on bills or being drunk in public, and was banned from going near the White House, it's been reported. Police were alerted the same day after Cooper allegedly tried to pay a $67.91 (£48) bill at the Old Ebbitt Grill using a closed credit card. After he was arrested and charged with theft, Cooper allegedly told police "I have nothing", according to a court affidavit. Cooper was arrested three days later for allegedly damaging a glass door and resisting arrest at the landmark Embassy Row Hotel.
