Tom Billings, 22, from Oxford, was last seen in Vancouver, British Columbia, in November 2013, while on an eight week tour of North America. Last month a hiker on Hollyburn Mountain, in the Cypress Provincial Park, in West Vancouver, Police believed he may have become lost or injured while trekking in the North Shore mountains and launched a huge manhunt but he was never found. He was reported missing a week later after he failed to return to his accommodation.
