Speaking in Nanyuki yesterday, Hailey said both sides should hold an open and transparent dialogue to promote cohesiveness in the country. Separately, Mombasa politicians yesterday accused the Jubilee regime of rolling back democracy and sabotaging devolution. The facility was built with funding from the county administration, Kenya Red Cross, Danish Red Cross and European Union.
