British Council and BFI Flare: London LGBTQIA+ Film Festival are working together to conduct 12 screenings across 10 Indian cities between March 13 and 24. They have also partnered with JioTV and JioTV+ to bring these films to OTT audiences across India. The Kolkata leg will feature a screening and meet-&-greet with British Council India’s director of Arts, Ruchira Das, on March 15 at their Camac Street address. We take pride in our ongoing commitment to supporting this initiative, which not only sheds light on new narratives but also fosters new connections and understanding,” said Alison Barrett of the British Council.
