Calling it the Club Suite, the new seat offers direct-aisle access, a suite door for privacy and flat-bed seats in a 1-2-1 configuration. A door puts BA alongside Delta Air Lines and Qatar Airways as the only other two major international airlines that offer a fully enclosed seat in business class. During this period another three A350 aircraft will join the British Airways fleet and two Boeing 777 aircraft will also be retrofitted with the new cabin. Beginning in 2020, the airline will roll out its Club Suite on further long-haul aircraft across the network. The layout of the new BA Club Suites is what is referred to as reverse herringbone.
