AdvertisementBritain faces travel chaos over the weekend as severe gales of 70mph are set to cause disruption and power cuts. The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning which is in place from 3pm tomorrow through to 9am Monday. Storm Atiyah has been named by Met Eireann, after an area of low pressure is expected to move from the west to the east of Ireland. Gales of 70mph are expected to batter the south west coastline with seaside towns likely to be affected by 26ft waves and spray. 'Debris is likely to be blown around with gusts of up to 70mph but the strongest winds will be in Ireland.
