Coroner Katrina Hepburn said during Thursday's inquest that Jack died of significant chest and abdominal injuries. Almost £50,000 has been raised by his heartbroken family who set up the Jack The Lad Foundation in his memory. On the registered charity's website, the family explain: "On the fifth day, Jack and his friends hired ATVs (Quad Bikes). The coroner added: "This was the tragic death of a young man driving a quad bike while on holiday. "Quad biking is dangerous enough in the UK but in less regulated European countries, the dangers are even more acute.
