The decision was taken by the match referee at around midday on Tuesday following a pitch inspection. A new date for the fixture has not yet been set but any tickets for the original date will remain valid for the rearranged game. Supporters who are unable to make the rearranged date are entitled to a full refund. Shrewsbury Town's Checkatrade Trophy semi-final clash with Yeovil Town on Tuesday evening has also been postponed because of freezing conditions in Shropshire.
