The case of a Brisbane tradesman who allegedly surgically removed another man's testicle will be transferred to a higher court. Former private schoolboy Ryan Andrew King, 27, is accused cutting off another man's testicle after they met online and arranged to meet up in person at a backpacker's hostel to perform a bizarre castration fetish fantasy. The court heard the case will progress as a registry committal to Brisbane District Court once prosecutors provide outstanding brief material, the Courier Mail reported. King allegedly researched the surgery online and brought medical equipment and anaesthetic with him before removing one of the man's testicles at his request. It's understood the charges relates to 'castration fetish', where men become aroused at the idea of having their penis or testicles cut off.
