Bringing horses and people together at the Ceylon Riding Club

FeaturesA bid to build a community of horse riders and horse-lovers within the Sri Lankan Community, the Ceylon Riding Club has opened its gates to the public for the first time. Together with Swasha Malalasekera, the duo have opened the horse riding facility in Kottawa on a three-acre estate. It is also a very therapeutic activity for more senior people," Ms Pitts is quoted as saying in the statement. "I took up horse riding again after many years at the age of 50 and I ride my horses regularly to keep my mind and body fit and alert. In addition to the usual riding club activities, Ms Pitts will offer packages for corporate clients.
