Photo: PIDDHAKA, Jan 06, 2026 (BSS) - Education Adviser Prof Dr Chowdhury Rafiqul Abrar today said the true success of teaching lies not only in helping talented students move ahead, but more importantly in engaging those who are lagging behind in the learning process and bringing them forward. Prof Abrar said, “Labeling a student as weak or bad because he or she is lagging behind is a wrong approach. Urging teachers not to view teaching merely as a regular job, the adviser said it is a noble responsibility to be upheld throughout one’s life. Later, the chief guest distributed certificates among the teachers who successfully completed the 206th foundation training course and awarded medals for outstanding performance.
