This the battle cry delegates want to hear from party leaders at the Umno general assembly. Be they from the Wanita, Youth and Puteri wings, the veterans or observers who are obviously hardcore Umno supporters, they feel that the long wait for the 14th General Election must end soon. The party, they say has optimised its preparedness for battle and is at its strongest in term of unity in the ranks and file at every level. "We are itching for action now that we have the momentum," stressed a delegate from Terengganu. But these delegates will be given the strongest hint yet on the timing of the general election during the closed-door pre-council meeting at 3pm today.
