Bridgerton's Ruth Gemmell has shared a rare insight into her home life after tying the knot with her mystery spouse 11 years ago - following her high-profile divorce from Ray Stevenson. The British actress, 58, who portrays Violet Bridgerton in the hit Netflix series, quietly tyied the knot with her husband in 2015 and moved from her east London home to his small village in the Midlands. Ruth divorced Irish actor Ray in 2005 after eight years of marriage, following meeting on the set of the TV drama Band of Gold in 1995. Around 52 minutes into the fourth episode, Violet has love interest Marcus over for a romantic rendezvous. It will also see the return of series three couple, Luke Newton and Nicola Coughlan's Colin and Penelope.
