By 8 a.m. on Sunday, September 23, the Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic,” said Jose Arturo Garcia, MMDA general manager. The MMDA added that other DPWH projects affecting traffic in the metropolis are repairs on Old Sta. Mesa Bridge, Nagtahan Bridge, Mabini Bridge, Concordia Bridge, Otis Bridge, and Sevilla Bridge.
