NewsThe Cabinet has approved a proposal which would see the Bribery Act amended so that corruption cases can also be heard before a High Court. Currently, corruption cases are being heard by Magistrate's Courts. However, once the Bribery Act is amended, such cases will also be heard by a three-bench trial-at-bar.
