But Brescia, who have taken the decision to replace Corini with Diego Lopez, issued a statement on Wednesday confirming the decision to part company. "Brescia announce they have relieved Eugenio Corini of his role as coach of the first team," a club statement read. "The club thanks Mister Corini and all his staff for their professionalism, dedication and effort." It is the 11th coaching change in Serie A this season, and follows Walter Mazzari's departure as Torino coach on Tuesday.
