"The grand jury did not have homicide offenses explained to them," the anonymous grand juror wrote in a statement issued by attorney Kevin Glogower. The grand jury was not given the opportunity to deliberate on those charges and deliberated only on what was presented to them. He said he asked the grand jury for an indictment on charges he thought could be proven in court. "There is little concern that releasing the remaining undisclosed grand jury proceedings would create that effect," O'Connell wrote. Glogower has said Cameron opened the door to release grand jury material when he discussed grand jury proceedings during a press conference in September.
