Legal officer Prasadi Wijesinghe, on the other hand, believes in the theory that “best is fed”. “Formula contains most of the content in breast milk, so even if you are unable to breastfeed, you can formula feed the baby. Perera expressed that choosing how to feed your baby and what is best for your baby should be every parent’s choice.
