Former Vice President Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, has promised to pick a female running mate by the beginning of August. Fox News contributors Karl Rove and Leslie Marshall share their insights on four of Biden's potential VP picks. Both Rove and Marshall were in agreement that this may not be the most strategic way of garnering support from team Biden. Klobuchar, Rove said, could also have that effect, in reverse. Marshall thinks Biden will only serve one term if elected.
