CAIRO - 7 August 2021: Veteran Egyptian actress Dalal Abdel Aziz passed away at 61 after long struggle with after COVID-19 symptoms. Abdel Aziz has a vast artistic career that spanned over 30 years. Later she moved to Cairo where late Egyptian director Nour Al Damerdash discovered her talent. She was married to late renowned comedian Samir Ghanem and the couple had two daughters who are the famed actresses Donia Samir Ghanem and Amy Samir Ghanem. Her performance in recent films is quite different from the performance style that characterized her at the start of her career.
