The prosecution confirmed to AFP that it had received the complaint, which must now be studied by a prosecutor, responsible for deciding whether or not to prosecute the Brazilian star. Activist Agripino Magalhaes, who is not directly involved in the case, announced on Instagram on Monday that he plans to file a complaint for "homophobia and hate speech." Neymar treats Tiago Ramos, 22, boyfriend of his mother Nadine Gonçalves, 52, "little fagot" and "motherfucker". Nadine Gonçalves made public his relationship with the young man in April and the scandal press had revealed shortly after that the latter was bisexual.
