Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen, of Dunedin, said the flat in Forth St was targeted three times, all during the day. The man, who was described as small in stature and wearing a hoody with the hood pulled up, crept through the ranch slider on three separate occasions. The incidents were classed as burglaries and some alcohol was reported missing from the fridge, but items including TVs had been left behind.
