A Brandon taxi driver has been charged with sexual assault after a woman came forward claiming he made sexual advances on her on a ride home from a city nightclub. The woman went to police the next day and officers charged the 25-year-old man on Monday, police said. News of the Brandon incident comes on the heels of two incidents in Winnipeg where women claimed they were propositioned by their cab drivers on separate occasions earlier this month. A cab driver has been pulled off the job as a result of one of the incidents. The driver at the centre of the Brandon complaint is expected to appear in court in January.
