We’re back to the regular Friday morning Little Things That Should Be Bigger Things But Aren’t. But sadly we are not there yet and it just underscores the fact that this pandemic thing that’s wrecked our lives for almost a year and half is not done with us yet. But it doesn’t seem to matter and that’s troubling and should be a major cautionary tale to the rest of us. I can’t think of two organizations that have been more cognizant of the COVID-19 risks and the need to mitigate them as much as possible than the NBA and USAB. So, please, as a personal favour, if you do expand your circle of entertainment or whatever, do so taking all the necessary precautions with masks and social distancing and really, really thinking whether that trip out for hours is necessary.
