It’s a two-step process: First I have to dust the floors, then I have to damp-mop them. All I have to do is charge the battery, attach the right pad to the bottom, and push the “on” button. And if I have the unit in wet mop mode, I need to add a couple of tablespoons of water before I activate the unit. In wet mop mode, you hear it spray water every so often -- but not to the point of being annoying. There’s also a companion smartphone app that I initially used to connect with the Braava jet via bluetooth.
