The South Gloucestershire family has blamed a "complete lack of signage" after missing their flight from Bristol Airport to Paris and cutting short a planned trip to Disneyland. Despite getting to the airport at 4.30am, the Yate family missed the 7.30am departure because of confusion over the queue to board. Mangotsfield School pupil Oliver was left in tears, while his grandmother Helen described the family as “devastated”. He feels the fault for the missed flight lies with easyJet.
