Two teenage boys have been arrested in connection with the killing of a 14-year-old boy who was chased and stabbed to death after playing football. Dea-John Reid, 14, was killed on College Road in the Kingstanding area of Birmingham, at about 7.30pm on Monday. Today, West Midlands Police said officers had detained a 14-year-old from Wolverhampton and 16-year-old from Great Barr in Birmingham. The force said the two teenagers were arrested on suspicion of murder and have been taken into police custody for questioning. It comes as a 14-year-old boy and two men, aged 38 and 35, appeared in court yesterday charged with Dea-John's murder.
