MIRI: Two boys aged 10 and 11 have been taken into custody by the police in Limbang town in northern Sarawak on suspicion of raping a nine-year-old girl. Sarawak CID chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Dev Kumar confirmed that the police picked up the two boys on Monday evening following a report lodged by the victim's mother. "The girl was sent to the Miri Hospital on Monday evening for a medical check-up. "On Sunday evening, her mother found her naked from the waist down with the two boys inside a storeroom at a plantation in Limbang. "She dragged her daughter out of the storeroom before lodging a report at the Limbang police station," he said.
