A 10-year-old boy who could die within months will have his 'dreams come true' as he walks out as a mascot during Crystal Palace's Premier League match with Liverpool this weekend. Jack Lloyd has been in and out of hospital since he was diagnosed with a rare pineal tumour on his brain in September 2016. Although this Saturday the youngster will be a mascot for Palace at Selhurst Park, something he is yet to be told about. 'But he went for a scan in January 2017 and we completely thought the tumour hadn't regrown but it had. This time, doctors told the family there was nothing more they could do.
