CEBU CITY –– A five-year-old boy died on Thursday noon after he accidentally stepped on a live wire on a bushy lot in Barangay Dayhagon in Medellin town, north of Cebu. ADVERTISEMENTThe police said the boy and his seven-year-old friend, Andre Umacob, were heading to a village where the parents of the two minors were working. Both boys stepped on the live wire lying on a bushy area in Sitio Bangkal, Barangay Dayhagon. Valiente was declared dead on arrival while Umacob was confined in Cebu Provincial Hospital in Bogo City.
