A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Police said: "Detectives in Doncaster have arrested a 14-year-old boy after a video circulated showing three teenage boys assaulting another. "In the video, which was sent directly to police, a 16-year-old can be seen tied to a chair and threatened with a hammer.
