Police investigating the alleged incident in the Bartley Green area of the city said a 54-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of child abduction and is in custody. The boy is said to be 'understandably upset' and is being supported by specialist officers following the alleged abduction on Tuesday at around 5pm, BirminghamLive reports.
