The uncle called an ambulance and desperately tried to resuscitate his nephew after finding him at the rear wheel of the JCB. Giving evidence, Mr Nutter wept as he told the inquest he hadn't thought the situation was dangerous, LancsLive reports. “Obviously I didn’t think that (it was dangerous) at the time but I do now and it is still going on at other farms,” Mr Nutter said. He told Mr Lee that he had tried to stop Harry from falling off the footplate. “Harry lived on the farm; he wanted to take part and see what was going on just like my own kids did,” Mr Nutter said.
