Greater Manchester Police say the teen was walking along the pavement in Ashton, Makerfield, when he was hit. A 15-year-old boy has been arrested following the collision at 4.30pm yesterday, officers said. A police statement said enquiries indicated that the teen was walking along the pavement when there was a collision involving a Jaguar car. Police said a 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
